Hardware Support

We has been careful to ensure that all our suppliers and manufactures are able to offer at least a 1 year and in some cases up to 5 years return-to-base warranty on all hardware. Where the equipment is ‘mission critical’, as it often is in the areas in which we work, we are able to offer On-Site repair and maintenance contracts with varying levels of service to fit both your budget and your needs.

For printers, for example, we offer a 4 hour and 8 response. If we are unable to fix your printer in this time scale we will leave you with a loan machine until we have yours repaired.

For most hand held terminals we are able to offer ‘Fast Track Swap Out’ contracts where we will courier to you a replacement hand held and collect your faulty unit within 24 hours

Software Support

Our support staff on the above number have knowledge of the ‘Off The Shelf’ products we sell and can talk you through most problems. Fax and Email are also valuable tools in providing you with help. Our web site provides all the latest versions of software and drivers that we support and can be downloaded at will.

Our bespoke software all comes with a three-month bug fix warranty. Our support staff have copies of all our bespoke software and can help you with problems free of charge during that time.

We have two offerings for our post warranty support contracts: Standard which includes telephone, fax and email support, and Premium which includes telephone, fax and email but also a ‘Dial In’ service.
