We ensure all our suppliers are able to offer at least a 1 year and often up to 5 years return-to-base warranty. Where equipment is ‘mission critical’ we are able to offer On-Site repair and maintenance contracts with levels of service to fit both your budget and your needs. 

For printers we offer 4 hour and 8 response contracts. Follow this link for more information on printer maintenance contracts.

Portable terminals


If you have a Psion Tekllogix hand held terminal or Vehicle mounted terminal that you need to return for repair please book it through TEKNET, Psion Teklogix's own web site. If you already have a Teknet account with Psion Teklogix you can access directly here: Teknet

For all other terminals we offer a repair facility either through the manufacturer or through their nominated repair centre in the UK. To log a fault please go to our our support portal by clicking on the User Login link at the top of this page.

Software support

Our support staff on the above number have knowledge of the ‘Off The Shelf’ products we sell and can talk you through most problems. Fax and Email are also valuable tools in providing you with help. Our web site provides all the latest versions of software and drivers that we support and can be downloaded at will.

Our bespoke software all comes with a three-month bug fix warranty. Our support staff have copies of all our bespoke software and can help you with problems free of charge during that time.


For post warranty support we offer support contracts. If you are not sure if you are covered please call us and ask one of our support staff.

Our support includes telephone, fax and email and also a remote access service if your systems will allow us access.

Our normal response time to calls logged through the portal is 2 hours for customers in the UK time zone and 24 hours for customers outside.
